'One second everything was fine - I was hanging out, minding my own business, then BAM I'm laying at his feet, looking up at this gorgeous specimen who now has the notepad with all of the dirty things I just listened to him do. Okay, so maybe I wasn't minding my own business and maybe this was karma sinking its teeth into my big, round ass.'



Meet Hailey Rose - a romance writer in a predicament. Not only the one described above. :D
Hailey writes steamy romance books, the kind that people fantasize over. Except that lately, her smut has been too vanilla and she lacks the inspiration to bring back the spark. Thinking sexy thoughts won't help when the fictional characters she's created are having more sex in one weekend than Hailey would have in a whole year. And praying the damn thing would write itself doesn't help either. With a deadline looming over her head, Hailey grasps for straws, or more exactly muffled sounds. As it turns out, her next door neighbour Jax, happens to be a hot as hell man-whore who brings women home every evening. And they're pretty loud about it. So listening to their dirty talk through the thin wall between their apartments does wonders for Hailey's steamy scenes.

She won't be able to stake her career on having a constant supply of fresh sex scenes from the sex god next door to motivate her because, what if he moved?! But Hailey is determined to get what she needs to finish her book. And if the dirty talk is too muffled by the thin wall for her to hear, what better way to write it all down then leaning onto his apartment door while the hot stuff is going down?!
It's not like he's gonna open the door and catch her doing that, right?
Guess again! :D - Dead wrong! As you may have noticed in the quote at the beginning of my review.

Hailey gets caught red-handed and this is how her own tale begins. A sweet, dorky and fun-filled tale, carefree and quirky, playful and sexy, just as Hailey herself. One that includes a sexy as hell neighbour making an irresistible offer of hands down experience that ties Hailey up in knots.

The characters are adorable and their dynamic irresistible, the smut is steamy hot and the fun delicious. Jax is super hot and awesome while Hailey is the sweet and sexy but downright dorky nerd with a talent at putting her foot in the mouth and ending up in the most cringeworthy situations. Perfectly relatable and absolutely adorable.
And don't even get me started on her interactions with Jax. They are fabulous!

Finding Love in Apartment 2C is a light, fun-filled, fluffy read with all the feels that's bound to make you smile and perhaps even laugh out loud. Perfect for an afternoon read to warm up your heart.

I absolutely loved and highly recommend it to all romance fans out there.
